How to fill the Amma Vodi Application Form PDF:
The application form contains the following fields, applicants have to remember the details of what they are providing must be genuine. Otherwise, the district education officer finds any false details in the application form. Then that application will be treated as invalid.
Mother name: as a mother is the beneficiary of the scheme mention the mother name properly
Father name: name of the father
Annual income: specify the income details
Number of children going to school: detail of the children
First child age: mention the name and age of the first child
Which Class: write the class in which they are studying
Name of the school: write the Name of the government/private school
Second child Age: mention the name and age of the second child

Verification of the Amma Vodi Application form:
after the successful completion of the application form. Applicants have to submit this form in the Panchayat office of their village. Then the respective gram volunteer will check the details and forward them to the district officer.
After the careful scrutiny of the proposal submitted by the Commissioner of School Education. The government will add the applicant to the beneficiary list to provide financial assistance of Rs.15, 000/- per annum.
Amma Vodi Mode of Payment:
Every beneficiary either Mother or guardian should have a Savings Bank Account in any one of the Nationalized banks or Post Offices in the locality of the Village. you can also here check amma vodi status
The amount of Rs.15, 000/- shall be transferred to the beneficiary’s Bank Account in the month of January every year through direct benefit transfer online. Till the child/student lasts his/her education up to Class XII.
The financial support shall not be provided to the Child after the completion of Class XII.
Amma Vodi Eligibility criteria:
The applicant family should belong BPL category and having a white ration card
Student mother must have a Valid Aadhaar card or Voter ID
The student essential be studying in class 1 to 12 and should have attained 75% attendance
Applicant must be the Permanent resident of AP state; they must have valid address proof
State or Central Government employees/income taxpayers are not eligible for this scheme.

However, Jagananna Amma Vodi is a state government funding scheme for students who are studying in govt or private school of class I to XII. Every year the beneficiaries will receive 15000/- financial aid in the month of January.
