The people who got the land issued can build the house on their own by getting a minimum amount from the government or they can get the house constructed by the government authority and grab it for free of cost.

Particulars of AP housing to be filled:
The form should be addressed to the Executive Engineer of the Housing department.
- At first, a request should be made for allotment of house / flat / plot in the A.P.Housing Board Scheme with the details Locality, Category, Tentative Cost of (house/flat/plot), Amount paid (EMD + application cost), D.D. Particulars (DD No. date and bank’s name).

- Certificates to be attached: To apply for the house, the applicant should attach the below list of documents to the filled application.
- Date of Birth / Age certificate: If the Date of Birth is not there then the person should get an age certificate obtained from any Doctor.
- No House Certificate: The applicant should not have a house in his name or under his family members.
- Caste Certificate: This shows that the applicant belongs to any one of the reserved categories.
- Income Certificate: Total monthly gross income through all sources can enclose authenticated certificate like pay slip, IT return
- Physically Handicapped certificate: Physically handicapped applicants shall enclose a certificate to that effect from Medical Officer (Orthopedic), Government Hospital.
