Thus SC, ST, and minority Girls who are 18years and above age can apply for this Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme. Therefore before going to apply for this scheme all applicants are advised to read the eligibility conditions carefully. Telangana Govt has announced that this scheme consists of two components such as. Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme – for SC, ST, and OBC minorities below the poverty line. Shaadi Mubarak – this scheme is for Muslim community brides- with an annual Income Limit: Rs.2,00,000/-

Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme Eligibility Criteria:
a. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Telangana State
b. The bride’s family must belong to the BC/ SC/ ST/ EBC or Minority category c. The age of Kalyana Laxmi bride must be 18 years or above
d. Applicants must satisfy the income limit criteria as shown below
For SC families Income Limit: Rs 2,00,000/-
For ST families Income Limit: Rs 2,00,000/-
For BC/ EBC families annual Income must be less than: Rs 2,00,000 (Urban areas) / Rs 1,50,000 (Rural areas)
For Minority families Income Limit: Rs 2,00,000/-
